Position Title:

Clinical Assistant Professor (non-tenure track)

Full-time                                                          

Responsibilities:

The major responsibility will be working with the clinicalcoordinator in the placement of students in their clinical sites. This positionwill also be required to travel to clinical sites for the acquisition,development of maintenance of those sites as well as to monitor studentperformance. Teaching, research and service to include: assisting in lecturingand other academic year activities, student advisement, grant writing and otherscholarly activities, participation in program, college and universitycommittees, participation in professional development and active clinicalpractice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree; PA, MD, DO or NP; Graduate of accreditedtraining program; Certification specific to degree; Idaho license or eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or higher; Teaching experience in PA ormedical courses; 2 years clinical experience; Experience in placement ofstudents in clinical sites; Computer skills
